Takayoshi Yokota has been a professor at Tokyo Information Design Professional University since 2023. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1979, 1981, and 1984. He joined the Hitachi Research Laboratory, Hitachi Ltd., in 1984, where he was engaged in the research and development of traffic control systems and traffic information systems. He moved to Kyoto University in 2009, where he was a professor until 2012. He then moved to the Graduate School of Engineering at Tottori University, where he was a professor from 2012 to 2021. He was rewarded a Best Scientific Paper Award at the 26th ITS World Congress in 2019 and a Best Paper Award from The Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE) in 2023. His research interests include analysis, modelling, and digital signal processing of intelligent transport systems (ITS) data. He is a member of the IEEE, IEICE, and SICE.

Philip W. T. Pong received a B.Eng. from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) with 1st class honors. Then he obtained a PhD in engineering at the University of Cambridge. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Magnetic Materials Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for three years. Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). His research interest focuses on the fault detection, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection of power grid. He is the Founding Director of the Green Technology Research and Training Laboratory, leading the research and education activities of offshore wind energy at NJIT. Philip Pong is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), a Fellow of the Institute of Physics (FInstP), a Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI), a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMMM), a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (FHKIE), a Fellow of the NANOSMAT Society (FNS), a chartered physicist (CPhys), a chartered engineer (CEng), a chartered energy engineer, a registered professional engineer (R.P.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Energy), and a Senior Member of IEEE (SMIEEE). He serves on the editorial boards for several IEEE and SCI journals.

Weidong Zhu is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and the founder and director of its Dynamic Systems and Vibrations Laboratory and Laser Vibrometry and Optical Measurement Laboratory. He received his double major BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computational Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1986, and his MS and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and the University of California at Berkeley in 1988 and 1994, respectively. He is a recipient of the 2004 National Science Foundation CAREER Award. He has been an ASME Fellow since 2010, and has served as an Associate Editor of the ASME Journal of Vibration and Acoustics and the ASME Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement, and Control, and as a Subject Editor of the Journal of Sound and Vibration and Nonlinear Dynamics. His research spans the fields of dynamics, vibration, control, structural health monitoring, renewable energy, metamaterials, and involves analytical development, numerical simulation, experimental validation, and industrial application. He has published 311 SCI-indexed journal papers in these areas and has eight issued U.S. patents. He received 14 best paper awards from the ASME and Society of Experimental Mechanics. He is a recipient of the 2020 University System of Maryland Board of Regents Faculty Award for Excellence in Research.

Paulo C. He has served as referee for more than 50 technical journals, takes part of the Editorial Board of more than 15 technical journals and has conducted research on nanomaterials for over 40 years. He has delivered 170 Invited Talks all over the World. He is known for his research in preparation, characterization and applications of nanosized materials (magnetic fluid, magnetoliposome, magnetic nanoemulsion, magnetic nanocapsule, magnetic nanofilm, magnetic nanocomposite, nanosized semiconductors, polymeric dots, carbon dots, and graphene quantum dots). Haifeng Zhang is a Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Texas (Denton, TX). His research interests include advanced sensors, energy harvesters, structural health monitoring and ultrasonic nondestructive evaluation. He received his B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from Hunan University, China in 1997, his M.S. degree in Solid Mechanics from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xian, China, in 2001, and his Ph.D. degree in Engineering Mechanics from University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 2007. Atthaphon Ariyarit received BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Mahidol University, Nakhonpathom, Thailand, in 2011, MS in Aeronautics from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2013 and PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University in 2018. Robert “Bob” Palmer holds the Tommy C. Craighead Chair in the School of Meteorology at OU and is an Associate Vice President for Research & Partnerships. He also established and is Executive Director of the Advanced Radar Research Center [http://arrc.ou.edu]. Bob received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, in 1989. From 1989 to 1991, he was a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow with the Radio Atmospheric Science Center, Kyoto University, Japan, where his major accomplishment was the development of novel interferometric radar techniques for studies of atmospheric turbulence. After his stay in Japan, Dr. Palmer was with the Physics and Astronomy Department of Clemson University, South Carolina. From 1993 to 2004, he was a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Nebraska. While at OU, his research interests have focused on the application of advanced radar signal processing techniques to observations of severe weather, particularly related to phased-array radars and other innovative system designs. He has published widely in the area of radar sensing of the atmosphere, with over 125 peer-reviewed journal articles, 1 textbook, 50 international invited talks, and over 300 conference presentations. Alan Wang is a principal investigator and Associate Professor at Auckland University. Donggil Song is Associate Professor of Engineering Technology & Industrial Distribution, College of Engineering at Texas A&M University. After obtaining B. Tech degree with honors from Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 1964, Sarma N. Gullapalli attended graduate school at Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York, USA, completing PhD in Electrical Engineering in 1970. During 1966-69 he was fulltime Instructor, taught undergraduate courses. After working on Seismic Signal Processing for oil exploration, in 1983 he joined Perkin Elmer Corporation where he made significant contributions to the Fine Guidance Sensor of Hubble Space Telescope, for which he was recognized by NASA. He worked on precision metrology for the cylindrical mirrors of Chandra X-Ray Telescope. He continued to contribute to advanced research projects developing focal plane instruments for various space telescope projects. After retiring in 2010, intrigued by the mystery of Wave-Particle Duality, he researched on his own to come up with the revolutionary finding that particle always remains particle and its wave function always remains wave, no mysterious change from particle to wave or vice-versa, upending current scholarship and academia, the subject of this talk.

Prof. R.C. Jagessar, BSc, PhD, PDF, CChem, FRSC Prof. Raymond Jagessar obtained his BSc (distinction) in Chemistry/Biology from the University of Guyana (1992) and his PhD from the UK (1995) and DipEd (distinction) in higher education at the University of Guyana. He held three Post-Doctoral Research Fellowships (PDF) in the USA and the University of the West Indies during the period, 1996-1999. He has several international awards, amongst them are Chartered Chemist, CChem and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, FRSC, UK, Research Grants, etc. In addition was one of the awardees of the Guyana Innovation Prize, 2021. He has given keynote presentations at several conferences and is currently Professor in Chemistry at the University of Guyana (South America) and President of the Caribbean Academy of Sciences.

Jian-Qi Dong received her master’s degree from South China Normal University (SCNU), with awards of National Scholarship for Graduate Students from Chinese Ministry of Education, Outstanding Student of Guangdong Province and Outstanding Graduate Student of SCNU. Dr Dmitry Isakov is an Associate Professor in Experimental Additive Manufacturing (AM), bringing to the field nine years of work in creating new materials and methods for AM, alongside 15-year background in Applied Physics and Materials Science. His academic interest covers a wide array of fields from nanoscale functional biomaterials, ferroelectrics, and nonlinear optical materials, to the innovative realms of metamaterials and 4D printing. Yuli D. Chashechkin graduated from the full course of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 1964 with a degree in Theoretical Nuclear Physics and started working at the All-Union Institute for Physics- and Radiotechniques Measurements. He defended his thesis for the degree of candidate in 1973 and for the doctor of physical and mathematical sciences in 1981. Then he started to work at the Institute for Problems of Mechanics of the AS USSR as head of the laboratory of fluid mechanics. The range of scientific interests includes theoretical and experimental studies of flows, wakes, vortices, waves, and ligaments. He develops methods of optical and acoustic visualization of flows. He is the author of over 450 articles, preprints, and reports.

Dr. Rayhan Hossain works on chemical-based sensors, doped nanomaterials, and designing materials for ORR and HER experiment. Dr. Hossain completed his Ph.D. in chemistry from Oklahoma State University, where his research was focused on peroxide vapor detection by using inexpensive chemical-based sensors. He obtained his M.S. from University of South Dakota, where his research was focused on the development of advanced semiconducting materials by tuning their morphology, optoelectronic, and energy-related properties. Dr. Lubna Azmi working as an assistant professor in Pharmaceutical chemistry. She has 2-year post Ph.D. with a total of 7-year teaching experience in pharmaceutical chemistry and analytical chemistry. Prof. Dr. Huangxian Ju now works at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Nanjing University, Nanjing, China as the director of State Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Life Science. He received B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from this university in 1986, 1989 and 1992, respectively, and has performed many pioneering studies on nanobiosensing, electrochemical cytosensing, quantum dots-based electrochemiluminescence biosensing, in-situ monitoring of cell surface carbohydrates and in situ quantitation of intracellular functional biomolecules. He is the fellows of the International Society of Electrochemistry, the Royal Society of Chemistry and Chinese Chemical Society. His current research interests are in analytical biochemistry, nanobiosensing, bioimaging and molecular diagnosis, focusing on signal amplification and life analytical chemistry. He has published 898 papers (621 papers in journals with IF>5), 6 English books, 7 Chinese books, 20 chapters and authored 45 patents with more than 43600 citations in SCI journals and an h-index of 103 (GS h-index 114 and >50000 citations), and won the first outstanding achievement award of Chinese chemical sensors in 2019, 2022 Advanced Measurement Science Lecture Award of American Chemical Society, 3 first-class S&T prizes from Jiangsu Province Government, 3 first-class prizes in natural science from Education Ministry of China, 3 first-class S&T prizes from Chinese Association for Instrumental Analysis, 4 second-class and 2 third-class S&T prizes from Jiangsu Province Government.

Masoud Taghavi is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Chung-Ang University (CAU) in Seoul, South Korea, PhD in Mechanical Engineering- Energy Conversion, and head of mechanical engineering department, at faculty of Noshahr, Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Iran. His research interests are mechanical engineering, energy engineering, hydrogen liquefaction, production, and storage, fuel cell, sustainable energies and green systems, solar energy and photovoltaic panels (PV), renewable energies and HVAC new technologies fields, low energy building, and CO2 capture. For more than 10 years, Masoud has worked as an HVAC engineer in buildings, a researcher, and a teacher for various universities in Iran. Masoud was introduced as the "Top Researcher" and "Top Lecturer" in the faculty of Noshahr, Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Iran, respectively in 2020, and 2021, 2022.

Prof. Dr. Yousef FARHAOUI, is a Professor at Moulay Ismail University, Faculty of sciences and Techniques, Morocco. Chair of IDMS Team, Director of STI laboratory. Local Publishing and Research Coordinator, Cambridge International Academics in United Kingdom. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Security from Ibn Zohr University of Science. His research interests include learning, e-learning, computer security, big data analytics, and business intelligence. Farhaoui has three books in computer science. He is a coordinator and member of the organizing committee and also a member of the scientific committee of several international congresses, and is a member of various international associations. He has authored 10 Book and many Book Chapters with Reputed Publishers such as Springer and IGI. He is served as a Reviewer for IEEE, IET, Springer, Inderscience and Elsevier Journals. He is also the Guest Editor of many Journals with Wiley, Springer, Inderscience, etc. He has been the General Chair, Session Chair, and Panelist in Several Conferences. He is Senior Member of IEEE, IET, ACM and EAI Research Group.

Dr. Omid Akbarzadeh Pivehzhani is working with University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry as a research scientist. He used to work at Nanotechnology and Catalysis Research Centre, University of Malaya in Malaysia from 2016 to 2020. His main research area is heterogeneous catalysis and catalytic reaction engineering. He has spent 13 years in academic-industrial projects as a research officer and post-doctoral. Dr. Omid has worked 5 years in the oil and gas industry as a chemical engineer. He developed advanced smart catalysts, especially for the oil and gas industries. Dr. Omid has contributed to two PETRONAS Research Sdn Bhd industrial catalyst projects and worked on an international Airbus R&D project in NANOCAT. Currently, he is the PI of the graphene catalyst project at Hokkaido University in Japan, project member of FRGS grant in UTP and assigned to the NANOCAT center project. Dr. Omid was the Chairman, keynote speaker and organizing committee of many international conferences. He is currently the supervisor of three Ph.D. students from different countries. He has published many ISI papers; book chapters and has two approved and granted patents. Also, he has hands-on experience and passed several pieces of training on handling different types of equipment which are being widely used for material synthesis, characterization and performance evaluation. He is in close collaboration with other departments, government agencies and universities around the world. He is visiting researcher of Jiangsu University China and Hokkaido University Japan. He is a member of the society of petroleum engineers (SPE) and Senior Member of Hong Kong Chemical, Biological & Environmental Engineering Society. Omid awarded a full fellowship from UTP during Ph.D. and were involved for lab demonstrator and teaching in the different courses of chemical engineering. He awarded Silver Medal in 27th International Invention & Innovation Exhibition (ITEX 2016), Kuala Lumpur Convention Center in Malaysia and Silver Medal of Post Graduate Research Project in the 35th Science & Engineering Design Exhibition (SEDEX 35).

Vigneswara Rao Gannapathy C.Eng., MIET currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology (FTKEE), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Malaysia. In 2002, he received his certificate in Electronics Engineering (Telecommunication) from Politeknik Shah Alam. Vignes pursued BEng in Electronics Engineering (Telecommunication) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Malaysia in 2007 and he then pursued and graduated a MSc in Electronics Engineering from the same institution in the year of 2011. He has 13 years’ experience in research, teaching and consultancy in the field of Electronics and Wireless Networking. His research direction has focused on 5G technology which emerged as a key technology for next-generation Mobile Communication. He is an active Member of various technical societies such as IET (UK), BEM (Malaysia) and IEEE. Vigneswara Rao has headed several projects on research and development, written several research papers and won innovation awards in national and international innovation competitions

Yakun Gao received her master’s degree from Shandong University (SDU). Now she is a postgraduate student in the Ma’s Group of Southeast University. Her research interests include DNA storage, biosensor, early diagnose.
