Dr. He-Xiu Xu is a professor of Air Force Engineering University and a guest professor of Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. He has published more than 160 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers. He has also published 3 Chinese books, 1 English book and 2 English book chapters. He served as an editor of AEU Int. J. Electron. Commun since 2014, a guest editor for Special Issue “Metamaterial Circuits and Antennas” of ‘International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer-Aided Engineering’ in 2018, an associate editor for Research, and IEEE Photonics Journal since 2021, served as an editorial board member of several China journals such as J. Infrared Millim. Wave, Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (TNUAA), and Space Electronic Technology since 2021, and served as an invited reviewer for more than 20 leading journals including Light Science & Applications, etc. He has owned 30 China patents and has given more than 40 invited talks. He served as a special session chair 25 times and a TPC co-chair/member more than 20 times in international conferences. His research interests include passive/active metamaterials/metasurfaces, and their applications to novel microwave functional devices and antennas.

Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published ~300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >12,000 citations, one book, six edited books, two book chapters, >60 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial,>30 plenary and >70 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals.

Dr. Ram Gupta is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Pittsburg State University. He is the Director of Research at the National Institute for Materials Advancement (NIMA). Dr. Gupta has been recently named by Stanford University as being among the top 2% of research scientists worldwide. Before joining Pittsburg State University, he worked as an Assistant Research Professor at Missouri State University, Springfield, MO then as a Senior Research Scientist at North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC. Dr. Gupta’s research spans a range of subjects critical to current and future societal needs including: semiconducting materials & devices, biopolymers, flame-retardant polymers, green energy production & storage using nanostructured materials & conducting polymers, electrocatalysts, optoelectronics & photovoltaics devices, organic-inorganic heterojunctions for sensors, nanomagnetism, biocompatible nanofibers for tissue regeneration, scaffold & antibacterial applications, and bio-degradable metallic implants. Dr. Gupta has mentored 10 PhD./Postdoc scholars, 76 MS students, and 58 undergraduate/high school students. Dr. Gupta has published over 270 peer-reviewed journal articles (8300+ citations, 53 h-index, 186 i10-index), made over 350 national/international/regional presentations, chaired/organized many sessions at national/international meetings, wrote several book chapters (90+), worked as Editor for many books (35+) for American Chemical Society, CRC, Springer, Elsevier, etc. and received several million dollars for research and educational activities from external agencies. He is also serving as Editor, Associate Editor, Guest editor, and editorial board member for various journals.

Mário F. S. Ferreira graduated in Physics from the University of Porto, Portugal, and received the Ph.D. degree in Physics in 1992 from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, where he is now a Professor at the Physics Department. Between 1990 and 1991 he was at the University of Essex, UK, performing experimental work on external cavity semiconductor lasers and nonlinear optical fiber amplifiers. His research interests have been concerned with the modelling and characterization of multi-section semiconductor lasers for coherent systems, quantum well lasers, optical fiber amplifiers and lasers, soliton propagation, polarization and nonlinear effects in optical fibers. He has written about 400 scientific journal and conference publications, and several books, namely: “Optics and Photonics” (Lidel, 2003, in Portuguese), “Topics of Mathematical Physics” (Editora Ciência Moderna, 2018, Brazil, in Portuguese), “Optical Fibers: Technology, Communications and recent Advances” (Ed., NOVA Science Publishers, 2017), “Advances in Optoelectronic Technology and Industry Development” (CRC Press, 2019), “Nonlinear Effects in Optical Fibers” (John Wiley & Sons, OSA, 2011), “Optical Signal Processing in Highly Nonlinear Fibers” (CRC Press, 2020), “Optical Fiber Technology and Applications – Recent Advances” (IOP Publishing, 2021), “Solitons in Optical Fiber Systems” (John Wiley & Sons, 2022), and “Dissipative Optical Solitons” (Springer, 2022). He was the Guest Editor of five Special Issues of “Fiber and Integrated Optics” (Taylor & Francis): “Fiber Optics in Portugal” (2005), “Nonlinear Fiber Optics” (2015), “Optical Fiber Sources and Amplifiers” (2020) and “Quantum Communications” (2020), a joint Special Issue of “Optics Express” and “Applied Optics” (OSA) on “Optical Sensors and Sensing 2019”, and two Special Issues of “Fibers” (MDPI) on “Optical Fiber Communications” and “Specialty Optical Fibers – Material, Fabrication and Applications” (2022), and and a Special Issue of “Fibers” (MDPI) on “Optical Fiber Communications” (2020).

Philip W. T. Pong received a B.Eng. from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2002 with 1st class honors. Then he studied for a PhD in engineering at the University of Cambridge (2002-2005). He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Magnetic Materials Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for three years. His research interest currently focuses on the development and application of advanced sensing techniques based on electromagnetic sensors in smart grid and nanotechnology. Philip Pong is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), a Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI), a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMMM), a Fellow of the NANOSMAT Society (FNS), a chartered physicist (CPhys), a chartered electrical engineer (CEng), a chartered energy engineer, a registered professional engineer (R.P.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Energy), a Senior Member of IEEE (SMIEEE) and a corporate member of HKIE (MHKIE in Electrical Division and Electronics Division). He serves on the editorial boards for several IEEE and SCI journals.

My academic foundation includes a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, complemented by dual MBAs in Marketing & Finance. This educational background, coupled with two decades of collaborating with some of the brightest minds in India and Silicon Valley during stints at Tata Group, Einfochips/Arrow Electronics, and Harman Connected Services/Samsung, has provided me with unique perspectives in the semiconductor value chain. Moreover, as the semiconductor industry undergoes a profound transformation with the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), I find myself at the forefront of this change. AI is reshaping how semiconductors are designed, manufactured, and optimized, revolutionizing processes and unlocking unprecedented possibilities. Key areas of focus include: • AI-Driven Chip Design and Optimization • AI-Enhanced Manufacturing and Quality Control • Resource Optimization and Efficiency Frequently sought after for my unique insights into the profound impact of AI on the semiconductor industry, I delve into how this new trend can be a game-changer. Coupled with hardware-based cybersecurity expertise, I advise industry stakeholders to unlock a world of endless possibilities and stay at the forefront of innovation.

Prof. Hendry Izaac Elim, Ph.D is a creative and innovative as well as disruptive simple Indonesia physicist with the theoretical B.Sc and M.Sc physics background from 2 best Indonesia university of Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), respectively. Furthermore, He has conducted a series of multitasking scientific development of nanoscience, nanotechnology and herbal nanomedicine under the world wide collaborations with many different international scholars in the last ~33 years consisted of a distinguished 6 years nonlinear optics research background in his Ph.D and postdoctoral works at NUS, Singapore and 4.5 years position as a research professor in a mega-project of superhybrid materials at Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials (IMRAM), Tohoku university, Japan. In addition, Dr. Elim, the founder of the first nanotechnology research center and innovative creation (PPNRI, URL: https://lppm.unpatti.ac.id/profil-ppnri-2020/) in the eastern part of Indonesia has educated over 83 physics research and postgraduate students in the last 8 years as soon as his opening of laboratory of nanomaterials for photonics nanotechnology (Lab. N4PN) in 2014 and PPNRI at Pattimura university on 24th April 2015, respectively. Therefore, Dr. Elim has achieved an incredible output of over 101 high quality works, text books and few chapter books published in about 40 Q1 journals according to Web of Science / SCOPUS/ SINTA with h index of ~27 and citation of OVER 4244 in Google scholar (in June 2023). Due to his incredible achievements in a small island of Ambon, Indonesia, Dr. Elim had received at least 2 main important awards of 2017 best Indonesia scientist from Pattimura university rector and silver medal of XX Satya Lancana Karya Satya from President of Indonesia, respectively. In November 2021, Dr. Elim has been ranked as the ~6th best Indonesia physicist and ~20th best natural Indonesia scientist based on AD Scientific index. In addition, Dr. Elim has served many different scientific communities as Editor-in-Chief of 2 international journals of Science Nature & Pattimura Excellence Journal of Language and Culture and associate editor in Analytical chemistry Letters as well as international meetings of symposium, webinar (daring system of talks) and conference as well as expo/ exhibition as contributed speaker, keynote speaker, and plenary speaker in many different countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Germany, USA, India, and Africa, respectively.
