“Paolo obtained a Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II. He earned a Master in Clinical Engineer from the University of Patras in 2010 and a Master in Health Care Management “MiMS” from Bocconi University in Milan in 2013. He started working in 2013 in the Hospital of Fatebenefratelli as Operational Management and Clinical Engineer. He joined the Holding of Fatebenefratelli in 2015 as Head of Clinical Engineer and Procurement Department growing experience in a range of projects including launch strategy for all the Hospitals of the Group. In 2016 he joined Humanitas Research Hospital as Head of Clinical Engineer and Technology Development for the Hospital, the Research Center and for the University. He has a core experience on medical devices and medical technology management, becoming the point person for the Hospital on the Hospital Based Health Technology Assessment and the implementation of a 3D Printing and Bioprinting Laboratory. He is also an author of different scientific publications, adjunct lecturer of Politecnico of Milan, SDA Bocconi, Humanitas University and also member of AIIC Associazione Italiana Ingegneri Clinici”.

Raffaele Pilla, Pharm.D., Ph.D., Doctor Europaeus, received his Master’s degree in Pharmacy at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy in 2005, where he also served internships at the Cell Physiology Laboratory and Molecular Biology Laboratory. Prior, he was an Erasmus Student at Faculté de Pharmacie de Reims in Reims, France. He received his Doctor Europaeus in 2010 from Pitié-Salpétrière Institute in Paris, France. Also in 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Physiology, and Pathology of Muscle at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy. He was hired as a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, on two research grants funded by the Office of Naval Research (US Navy) and Divers’ Alert Network. He has written and lectured widely worldwide. He has been involved in ongoing research at the University of South Florida with the use of ketone esters.

Tanriverdi completed her undergraduate, graduate and doctorate education at Atatürk University, and her area of expertise is Public Health Nursing. Tanriverdi, who became a professor in 2017, carries out scientific and social studies in the field of health and nursing focusing on culture and society. Tanriverdi has pioneered many studies in this field in Turkey, has prepared many editorial books, given courses, chaired congresses and symposiums, established associations, developed models, given seminars, conducted dissertations, and planned corporate training. In his original book, Tanrıverdi explained how to develop a culturally competent approach in nursing and organized numerous workshops to improve cultural competence. He has published many books with the support and contributions of his colleagues, which will guide people from different cultures, coming from nearly a hundred different countries, to receive health services without any problems in Turkey. Tanriverdi, who has been conducting Public Health Nursing and Research courses for nearly 25 years, also created the conceptual framework of the Interfaith Nursing course, which is included in the curriculum for the first time in nursing in Turkey. Tanriverdi, together with his students, has been working for the society for 30 years.

Fafa Yan has a background of cross disciplinaries, i.e., mathematics, management, economics, and pharmacy. She has been a nearly two-year research assistant in Centre for Global Food and Resources, School of Economics and Public Policy, University ofAdelaide, Australia, where she hosted a project of health economics. Currently, she has completed her PhD at the age of 39 years in Sun Yat-sen University, China. She focuses on how to improve population health status and bridge the inequality in health among regions, groups and individuals and most of her researches are involved in different disciplinaries. She published papers on health economics, ecological economics, climate change, digital economics, marketing, regional economics and so on. She presented papers in more than 50 national and international conferences.
