Dr. Valentina Markova is a mathematician, a specialist in algebraic encoding and decoding of the information. She has completed her PhD from the Science Institute at the Ministry of Military Defense and postdoctoral studies from Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Mathematics and Informatics . She work as leading specialist in Applied Mathematics At the present time she is developing a brand new theory as the Expanded Field Theory. Expanded Field Theory describes open vortices (transverse in 2D and longitudinal in 3D), which exist accelerating or decelerating .They demonstrate non-parametric processes and obeying a specific mathematical apparatus. On this new basis, Dr. Markova proposes and develops a method for generating so-called free energy , a technology for the synthesis of materials with superconductivity, describes structures of Gravitational attraction or repulsion from tubes( inserted into each other) from longitudinal accelerating or decelerating vortices, proposes an anti-gravity apparatus of a completely new principle, describes the generation of planets-sun system from Low Frequency transverse Gravity waves , explains the essence of Gravity attraction from High Frequency Gravitational pulses (particular for the planet Earth ) ,reveals the main cause of climate changes in connection with an increase in the radius of the hot core of the Earth, etc. Dr. Markova has written 2 monographs, over 60 papers in international conferences and journals and chapters in 2 online book.

Dr. Harish Subbaraman received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boise State University. Prior to joining Boise State, he worked at Omega Optics, Inc (Austin, TX), where he developed printed and flexible photonics and electronics; and silicon and polymer based optical interconnects technologies. Currently, he directs the Advanced Nanomaterials and Manufacturing Laboratory (ANML). He is also the associate director for an NSF I/UCRC (ATOMIC). Dr. Subbaraman has 8 issued patents and has over 185 publications in refereed journals and conferences.

Dr. Dae Joon Kang is a Professor in Sungkyunkwan University, Korea. He obtained his Ph.D. (Condensed Matter Physics) from University of Cambridge, UK in 1999. He completed his M.S. (Materials Science and Engineering) from University of Florida, USA, in 1991. He has been awarded with various Honors and Awards: Innovative Research Award from Nano Korea 2013 International Symposium, Marquis Who′s Who in Asia 2012, The Best Paper Award from Natural Science College, SKKU, 2010 and Marquis Who′s Who in the World 2009 and 2014.

Prof. Qing Wang currently works at Shandong University of Science and Technology. Prof. Wang focuses on research in Micro-Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, and Engineering Mechanics.

Luigi Vesce is Senior Researcher and Lecturer of Nanoelectronics at CHOSE (Centre for Hybrid and Organic Solar Energy), Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he received a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering and Microelectronics in 2011. In the last few years, he developed a pilot-line for a public/private consortium (Dyepower) to produce 10000 m2/year of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) panel for BIPVs (Building Integrated PhotoVoltaics). He collaborates with research institutes and startup/spin-off companies on third generation PV devices and process engineering, and on quality control optimization. Recently, he was the technology transfer responsible about DSSC modules with Start-up G+Lyte (Amiens, France). His research activity deals with the discovery, development, and fabrication by coating/printing techniques, and scaling-up of efficient and stable dye sensitized and perovskite solar technologies for outdoor and indoor applications. He is involved in national and international PV-related projects, author of several contributions for international journals and conferences and committee member/chairman of conferences about renewable energies.

Vakhtang Barbakadze has his expertise in isolation and structure elucidation of a new series of plant polyethers, which are endowed with pharmacological properties as immunomodulatory, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and anti-cancer agents. Besides, he interested in enantioselective synthesis and biological activities of basic monomeric moiety of these biopolyethers, synthesis of enantiomerically pure epoxides as chiral building blocks for the production of synthetic analogues of natural polyethers by chemical and enzymetic catalysis. He has received PhD degree in Chemistry and DSci degree in Biology in 1978 and 1999 from Institute of Organic Chemistry, Moscow, Russia and Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Tbilisi, Georgia, respectively. He is Head of the Department of Plant Biopolymers and Chemical Modification of Natural Compounds at Tbilisi State Medical University I.Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry. In 1996 and 2002 he has been a visiting scientist at Utrecht University, Departments of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Chemistry, Utrecht, The Netherlands, by University Scholarship and The Netherlands organization for scientific research (NWO) Scholarship Scientific Program, respectively. He is also an organizing committee member and renowned speaker for many reputed scientific conferences. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals. J.-L. Fillaut is Research Director at CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research), University of Rennes (Fr). He first worked on dendrimers and dendritic electrochemical molecular sensors before investigating luminescent molecular systems for sensing from 2007. He then extended his activities to the design of two-photon active photostable systems and transition metal complexes possessing large two-photon absorption (TPA) cross-sections that, for instance, were applied as two-photon absorbing photosensitizers for the fabrication of nanosized structures, in collaboration with a photo-physicist team from Univ-Haute Alsace (Fr), involved in light-induced methodologies, advanced photolithographic processes, fundamental investigations into photo-polymerization mechanisms and kinetics. His main interest focuses on the design and properties, intermolecular interactions and photo-induced phenomena of multifunctional molecules and their incorporation in macromolecular architectures with highly-defined functionality and composition.

Arlete Apolinário has a Ph.D. in Physics and is currently a researcher at IFIMUP - Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto (FCUP). She specializes in materials physics (nanomaterials) and engineering, with a primary focus on nanostructured semiconductors for third-generation solar cells, photoelectrochemical cells for water splitting, and green hydrogen generation. After completing her Ph.D. in Physics in 2015, she received the award for the best doctoral thesis from FCUP in 2016. She was appointed as a member of the committee responsible for the decoration of FCUP, with the title "Honorary Member of the Order of Public Instruction," awarded by the Portuguese President, Professor Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. She has several publications on the synthesis and characterization of nano(materials) and has participated in 7 European projects. Currently, she is the Principal Investigator of the recently funded project H2FlexiPEC's, financed by FCT (Foundation for Science and Technology).

Zhong Hu, Ph.D., Professor, Graduate Coordinator, Department of Mechanical Engineering, South Dakota State University, South Dakota, USA. He has completed his BS and Ph.D., in Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University, Beijing in 1983 and 1988, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor and an Associate Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at South Dakota State University 2002-2014. Severed as the Department Graduate Program coordinator since 2012. NON-ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE: He served as Senior Engineer at CRRC Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., China, 1989-1993. He Published over 100 Journal papers and conference papers, served for many university committees, technical journal reviewer boards, professional organizations.

Dr. Mineo Hiramatsu received the M.Eng. and Ph.D. (Eng.) degrees from Nagoya University. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Meijo University, Japan. He also serves as the Director of the Research Institute, Meijo University. He is author of more than 150 scientific articles and patents on plasma processes for materials science, author of five books, and more than 30 invitations to speak at international conferences on plasma science and nanomaterials. His main fields of research are plasma diagnostics and plasma processing for the synthesis of thin films and nanostructured materials. He is a Fellow of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.

Professor Zucolotto has obtained an undergraduate diploma in Materials Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos and a PhD in Science and Materials Engineering from the University of São Paulo. He is currently a full professor at USP's Institute of Physics in São Carlo (IFSC), where he coordinates the Nano Group on Nanomedicine and Nanotoxicology. He has been a visiting professor at the Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble. He was an affiliated member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences (ABC) and a full member of the Brazilian Association of Scientific Editors (ABEC)'s board. Rufus Ebegba is a Nigerian who has exposure with different National and international organizations and sectors spanning decades. He was awarded a Ph.D. (Environmental Biology 2016, M.Sc. (Environmental Biology), 2002 and B.Sc. (Agriculture) 1988. Ebegba had over 33 years of working experience in Government (Public sector) which covers- Administration, Policy formulation and implementation, Agriculture, Biosafety and Biosecurity Management, Biodiversity Conservation, Biotechnology, sustainable utilization of renewable natural resources, Enforcement of Regulations, Policies and Laws, Project Development and Implementation, International Multilateral Environmental Agreements and Meetings, UN and regional Environmental, Biodiversity and Biosafety Issues. He started his career at the Defunct Centre for Democratic studies in 1990 as administrative officer in Nigeria. He then moved to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency in 1996 which was transformed into the Federal Ministry of Environment of Nigeria in 1999, where he worked before being appointed the pioneer Director General of the National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA) of Nigeria in 2015 to 2023. He was involved in the development of Nigeria’s National Biosafety Framework (which includes Biosafety law, regulations, policy, Guidelines and programmes) and the development of Nigeria’s National Biotechnology Policy. He drove the development and approval of the National Biosecurity Policy. He also drove the development of various biosafety and other related guidelines for Nigeria. Ebegba was the Pioneer Chairman of the African Union Biosafety Regulators Forum (AUBRF). He was also the Pioneer Chairman of the Steering Committee of the West African Biosafety Regulators Forum (WABRF). He is a Member of AUDA-ABNE Technical Advisory Committee. He is also the Co-Chair of the African Vectors Integrated Management Program. He was also the UN Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety National Focal Point for Nigeria, National Focal Point for UN Biosafety Clearing House(BCH) for Nigeria and National Focal Point for Nigeria on Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advise (SBSTA) to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity; a former member of the Expert Committee of West African Biosafety Regulation and a former member of the UN, CBD Ad-hoc Technical Expert Group on Biosafety Risk Assessment and Risk Management of the Convention on Biological Diversity, a former member of African Group Negotiators for COP to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. He has represented Nigeria and Africa at various regional and international levels. He has written various papers and publications. He is currently the CEO/Founder of Rufus Ebegba Centre for Leadership and Environmental Sustainability , also the CEO of RIMHILLS Nigeria Ltd.

Sofia Gonçalves graduated in Engineering Physics at the Faculdade de Ciências and Faculdade de Engenharia of the Universidade do Porto in 2021. Since 2022 she is a PhD student in Physics at the Universidade de Porto under the MAP-fis program, focusing on the fabrication of photoanodes for photoelectrochemical solar cells for green hydrogen production, using strategies like nanostructuring and co-catalyst implementation to increase efficiency. During her PhD she was part of the European project MSCA-RISE-734801-MAGNAMED and obtained a Marie Curie scholarship to do research at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Chile. Recently, she received a research grant in the project H2FlexiPEC’s. She works in nanotechnology, engineering and nanomaterials.

Sofia Caspani graduated in Physics Engineering (B. Sc.) in 2016, from Politecnico di Milano, Milan (Italy) and in Medical Physics (M. Sc.) in 2019, from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto. During her Master thesis, she gained an increasing interest in the development of magnetic nanomaterials to be used in the biomedical field, which allowed her to continue her studies as a research fellow at the Institute of Physics for Advanced Materials, Nanotechnology and Photonics (IFIMUP). She has been an active researcher in the European project MSCA-RISE-734801-MAGNAMED, having obtained her first research grant in the project POCI-01-0145-FEDER-028676, followed by a project (POCI-01-01-45-FEDER-031302) in the field of magnetic nanomaterials with different magnetic behaviours. Nowadays, From February 2021, she is a PhD student at Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto in the MAP-Fis doctoral program, having obtained an FCT research grant (2021.08212.BD). She actuates in nanotechnology, medical physics, engineering and nanomaterials.
