Jhonatan Fernando Eulopa Hernández received his B.S. in aeronautical engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute in México, and M.S. graduated in aerospace engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He obtained his Phd in 2024 from the Research Center and Advanced Studies of México in the specialty of autonomous air and underwater navigation systems. He currently works at the Aerospace Development Center of the IPN as a researcher in research and technological development projects for the aerospace sector.
Professor Tae H. Professor Eduard Babulak is accomplished international scholar, researcher, consultant, educator, professional engineer and polyglot, with more than thirty years of experience. He served as Editor, reviewer, Conference Chair, has successfully published. He served as Chair of the IEEE Vancouver Ethics, Professional and Conference Committee. He was Invited Keynote Speaker at the University of Oxford (2020), University of Cambridge (2005 & 2010), MIT (2005 & 2010), Yokohama National University & University of Electro Communications in Tokyo (2009 – 2010), Kyushu Institute of Technology (2016), Japan, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2013), Sungkyunkwan University in Korea (2012– 2014), University of Surrey, Purdue University, Penn State, Graz University of Technology, Austria, Czech Technical University, and other prestigious academic institutions worldwide. Prof. Yoon obtains his Ph.D. degree (2009) in Mechanical Engineering with two Master degrees from Mechanical Engineering (2005) and Electrical Engineering (2008) from Stanford University. Prof. Yoon also obtains his Ph.D. minor degree in Management Science and Engineering (2009) in Stanford University. His current research include 3D printed biosensors, drone power sources using nano thin-film fabrication, and smart manufacturing for advanced drone. Currently he is a Professor in the department of mechanical Engineering at KAIST, a President of the University Industrial Technology Force (UNITEF), Advisor of KAIST Startup Center, Director of the Advanced Drone Innovation Center, Advisory Partner of Enlight Venture Capital, Venture Partner of ES Investor and Visiting Professor of Nanyang Technological University. He has published more than 130+ international journal articles (SCI indexed) and 170+ international conference proceeding papers. Besides his research, Prof. Yoon is a serial entrepreneur. For the past years, he has been actively incubating start-ups where he took the lead to raise startup funding from government entities and renowned global venture capitals.
Rodolfo Oliveira received the Licenciatura degree in electrical engineering from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia (FCT), Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL), Lisbon, Portugal, in 2000, the M.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico, Technical University of Lisbon, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from UNL, in 2009. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Thessaly. From 2011 to 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. Rodolfo Oliveira is currently with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, UNL, and is also affiliated as a Senior Researcher with the Instituto de Telecomunicações, where he researches in the areas of Wireless Communications, Computer Networks, and Computer Science. Rodolfo is a member of ACM and a Senior Member of IEEE, serving currently as Chair of the IEEE Portugal Section. He serves on the Editorial Board of Ad Hoc Networks (Elsevier), ITU Journal on Future and Evolving Technologies (ITU J-FET), IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society, and IEEE Communications Letters.

Dr. Sheffield joined Purdue University in January 2015. He holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has a broad base of experience in energy technologies. He has served as one of the founding associate directors at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization - International Centre for Hydrogen Energy Technologies (UNIDO-ICHET) during their first two years of operation in 2005-2006. He also served as the Associate Director of the National University Transportation Center at Missouri S&T. For more than forty years, he has served as an editor of the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy. In August 2014, he completed a two year assignment as a principal consultant at DNV GL - Energy supporting the evaluation, measurement and verification of energy efficiency programs and the response to the U.S. DOE Uniform Methods Project Protocol review of compressed air systems. In August 2015, he completed a 7-week National Science Foundation Innovation Corps program as an industrial mentor for a potential startup company based on the manufacturing of bio-inspired bipolar plates for PEM fuel cells. On 1 March 2019, he became the President of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy, having previously served as the Executive Vice President. He has also served as a part-time Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University in Xi'an, China working in the summers with the School of Energy and Power Engineering on hydrogen energy technologies from 2019 to 2022 and teaching in the annual International Summer School offered by the State Key Laboratory of Multiphase Flow in Power Engineering. He was appointed a member of the Advisory Board of the "H2 JRP - Hydrogen Joint Research Platform" for the three-year period 2022-2024. In April 2022, he was selected for the 2022 Outstanding Leadership in Globalization Award from Purdue University. In 2023, he was appointed as a 2023 Energy Scholar at the Institute for Resilient Environmental and Energy Systems at Oklahoma University.
YASSER M. MADANY (MIEEE’01–SMIEEE’12) is an Associate Professor (Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering | ECE) at faculty of computers and artificial intelligence, ALRyada University for Science and Technology, Egypt. Dr. Madany received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), specialization in Antennas and Wave Propagation from Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, in 1994, 2002 and 2005, respectively. He has published more than 85 research papers regarding antennas (microstrip – fractal – bandgap – radar – wireless – active –nanowires), microstrip array antennas (planar – switched – phased – smart – MIMO), numerical methods in computational electromagnetics (MOM – FDTD – FEM), microstrip transmission lines and filters, waveguide and waveguide structures, RF pulse compression systems and technologies, smart guidance technologies, CRLH-TL and metamaterial technologies and applications, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) guidance, navigation and technologies, radar theory; design and analysis (monostatic – bistatic), microwave engineering (radar – communication) applications, navigation sensor applications, radio frequency identification (RFID) applications, smart communications network systems, electromagnetic pulse (EMP), and artificial intelligence applied technologies. Sergey Ivashov, PhD, graduated from Space Research faculty, Moscow Institute of Physics &Technology, with honors in 1972; as post-graduate student he had successfully submitted the thesis for a PhD degree in 1975. He worked as a scientific researcher in rocket industry of the USSR in 1975-1977. Since 1977 up to 2000.He had been working in the Central Scientific and Research Institute of Radio & Electronic systems, Moscow, as a senior scientific fellow and thereafter he had been promoted for a head of Laboratory. From January 2001 up to now he is the head of the Remote Sensing Laboratory at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Moscow.
Dr. GUELAILIA Ahmed completed his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at the University of Science and Technology of Algeria. Following professional training at the China Academy of Space and Technology and active participation in satellite projects, he currently serves as a Research Director at the Satellite Development Center of the Algerian Space Agency. His expertise encompasses mechanical engineering, heat and mass transfer, satellite thermal control, and computational fluid dynamics. Dr. GUELAILIA has published several papers in computational fluid dynamics and has also served as an editor and reviewer for numerous reputable journals and conferences.

Dr. David Song is the Sr. Principal Technologist and Sr. Technical Fellow for Advanced Materials and Manufacturing at Blue Origin, leading an R&D team to develop technologies for all business units within the company. He is an internationally recognized and prolific innovator with more than 70 invention disclosures and patents in the areas of aerospace materials and manufacturing technologies. Before his current position with Blue, David spent 18 years with the Boeing Company, starting from a college new hire mechanical design engineer in 2001 to being recognized as a Technical Fellow in 2017. David has authored more than a dozen papers in the field of electric space propulsion, aerospace materials and manufacturing, and nanotechnology. He has also served as a guest editor and referee for world- renowned scientific journals. In 2014, he co-chaired the European Union–United States Frontiers of Engineering Symposium. Honoring his outstanding contributions to advancing aerospace technologies, David was recognized with the 2012 Boeing Commercial Airplanes Engineer of the Year award. He was also selected as Outstanding Young Engineer by the National Academy of Engineering at the 2013 Frontiers of Engineering Symposium. In 2014, he won the Most Promising Asian American Engineer of the Year award by the Chinese Institute of Engineers-USA, followed by the Asian American Engineer of the Year award in 2018. David recognizes diversity as a strength in engineering and technology. With a mindset of respect for different cultures and traditions, his leadership style is one of bridging differences. He says, “We can have a common goal, but the approaches by people of different backgrounds to achieve that goal can be very different. Being willing to communicate and sometimes compromise is key to working successfully in a large team.†David is actively involved in the After-School STEM Academy, promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education in schools in the Washington Puget Sound area. He also serves as an advisory board member for the Advanced Composite Center at the University of Washington. David is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, sailing, and connecting to nature and people through traveling.
Zhang Yaling works at Hainan Normal University. work experience: Master tutor, teaching postgraduate school physical education theory and practice courses. ELHASSEN BENFRIHA was born in Ain Sefra, Algeria, in 1989. He received his engineering degree in instrumentation from IMSI of Oran (Algeria) in 2011. He received his magister degree in automatic and his PHD degree in electrical engineering from ENP of Oran (Algeria) in 2014 and 2020 respectively. He is currently searcher in the satellite development center (CDS) of the Algerian space agency (ASAL). His research interests are nonlinear control and observers applied to electric machines & spacecraft attitude and orbit control, attitude determination and estimation and thrust vector control.
Adnan Fatih Kocamaz was born in the Arapgir district of Malatya in February 1979. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Malatya, he graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Technology Electronics Engineering in 2001. After graduation, he worked as the Business Manager of Bursa Hilteks Enterprise. He started his academic career at Trakya University in 2002. After completing his master's degree in Computer Engineering at Trakya University in 2008 and his doctorate in the same department in 2011, he started to work as an Assistant Professor in the Software Engineering Department of Kırklareli University Engineering Faculty and served as the founding department chair. In 2013, he start to work at Malatya İnönü University Computer Engineering. He received the title of associate professor in 2019. Assoc. Dr. A. Fatih Kocamaz works on indoor mobile robots, path planning algorithms for mobile robots, task sharing for multiple mobile robots, task optimizations, image-based mobile robot control and path planning algorithms. He has conducted dozens of international publications, 3 TUBITAK (Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council), 2 BAP (Scientific Research Projects) in these fields and received a patent. He holds two more patents outside the field. BAP projects were carried out as an Industrial Organization Çalık Denim R&D Center and University-Industry Cooperation work. In the projects, infrastructure works were carried out to transform the company's in-building logistics processes into autonomous ones. In addition, another project prepared to TÜBİTAK within the scope of the Overseas Research Project was accepted. Within the scope of the project, the project named "Block Chain Based Dynamic Management System for Mobile Robots" was accepted at Japan Konan University for one year. Since October 2022, he continues her post-doctoral studies at Konan University, Department of Intelligence and Informatics. In his academic career, Kocamaz has published 38 articles in international journals and 45 papers in international conferences, conducted 12 projects, and obtained three patents. There is currently a patent application for mobile robots. He also wrote the International Book on Mobile Robots published by Springer Book and is currently writing a book on ROS (Robot Operating System) which is ready to be published in Turkish. Kocamaz graduated with 5 master's and 10 doctorate students. He is currently continuing his studies with two doctoral students. Kocamaz acted as an academic advisor to six companies. In addition to his academic studies, Kocamaz has been the General Manager of Malatya Technopark (Technology Development Zone) in the last six years and has achieved great success and projects. He is married and has three children. KOURDI Zakarya is with ASAL (Algerian Space Agency), Oran, Algeria, from 2015. He got the PhD degree in Microelectronics Engineering at Tlemcen University in 2016. He became an Associate Professor of power electronics and telecommunication in 2020. His current research interests include power electronics, communication, optics and its applications such as in space field, PV systems, robot and antennas. He has published more than 40 journal papers in the fields of power electronics and its applications.

Dr. Benmansour Jalal Eddine Born on January 9, 1982, in Tlemcen, Algeria, He achieved a higher education qualification in Mathematics in 2006 and obtained an M.Sc. in Control of Process in 2009 from the University of Tlemcen, Algeria. He earned his Ph.D. from the School of Instrumentation Science and Optoelectronics Engineering at Beihang University, Beijing, China. Currently, he holds the position of Research Fellow at the Satellite Development Center of the Algerian Space Agency. Dr. BENMANSOUR specializes in space mechanics and satellite attitude control. He has contributed to several publications in attitude control and dynamics, and his expertise extends to serving as a reviewer for various reputable journals and conferences.
