PI in the Nanobiotechnology (National Competence Center for Nanoscale Science, University of Basel, Switzerland (‘99-’07) Postdoctoral fellow (USA ‘96 –‘99) U of Oregon & UC Berkeley, focus optical tweezers manipulation of single biomolecules . MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (‘89) and PhD (’94) Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Switzerland. Martin Hegner’s scientific interests focus on interdisciplinary research in single molecule manipulation, biophysics, bio-diagnostics and development and application of biological sensing devices. Scientific collaborations around the globe and involve also industrial partners such as Hoffmann La-Roche Ltd.

E. J. Kansa received a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University specialized man- body quantumTheory. He worked at both the US Bureau of Mines and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and taught at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the University of California-Davis, He is known as the inventor of the Kansa method for solving PDEs and received the George Green gold medal . He has over 8200 citations of his publications,

Prof. Soshu Kirihara is a doctor of engineering and a professor of Joining and Welding Research Institute (JWRI), Osaka University, Japan. In his main investigation “Materials Tectonics as Sustainable Geoengineering” for environmental modifications and resource circulations, multi-dimensional structures were successfully fabricated to modulate energy and materials flows effectively. Ceramic and metal components were fabricated directly by smart additive manufacturing, design and evaluation (Smart MADE) using high power ultraviolet laser lithography. Original stereolithography systems were developed, and new start-up company “SK-Fine” was established through academic-industrial collaboration.

Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 322 journal papers, more than 677 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 38 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. He obtained Gold Medal and The Best Award in the Invention & Innovation Awards 2014 held at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2014, which was hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20-22 Feb 2014. He is a Member of EU Academy of Sciences (EUAS) since July 2017. He got A Slottow Owaki Prize of SID in 2018 . He is 2019 Distinguished Fellow of IETI (International Engineering and Technology Institute). Since 2018 he works as Professor in the School of Physics and Optoelectronics Engineering in Foshan University, Foshan, China. 2020-2024 Vice President of Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI) Since 2021 distinguished Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Since March 2022 he is A Fellow of National Academy of Technology for his contributions to Information Electrical and Electronic Research.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches over 60 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, due to the coronavirus outbreak in two year of his retirement, 2020 and 2021. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M. Sc theses. He is also technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File. Scientific fields of Dr. Adiguzel: Shape memory effect and displacive phase transformations in shape memory alloys and other alloys, molecular dynamics simulations, alloy modeling, electron microscopy, electron diffraction, x-ray diffraction and crystallography.

Dr.Atta Ur Rehman received a Ph.d. from Air University, Islamabad/ University of Hong Kong (HKU), Hong Kong. He was expert in Master of Science in Applied Physics (MS)- Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan.Field of Study: Material Science and Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics (BS)- Hazara University, Mansehra, Pakistan. He has work experience in Research Associate- University of Hong Kong (HKU),International Baccalaureate® (IB) Expert (Math/Physics)-HKExcel Hong Kong,Student Helper- University of Hong Kong (HKU, and University Teaching Assistant-Air University, Islamabad. He won the awards and achievements in International Research Initiative Program (IRSIP) Fellowship-HEC, Pakistan, Award of honor (MS)-Air University, Best student in academics for session 2011-2015.

Dr. Christian Brosseau is a Distinguished Professor, Department of Physics, University of Western Brittany, Brest, France. He led the wave-matter interaction modelling and simulation group in the department of Physics at the University of Western Brittany and supervise PhD students and postdoctoral research associates. His current interests include electromagnetic wave propagation in complex media, biological physics, and computational materials physics. 200+ articles in refereed academic journals. Dr Nitin Goyal is working as an Assistant Professor in Central University of Haryana, Mahenderagarh. He is a PhD in Computer Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, India. He is specialized in underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSN), having applications of military operations. He obtained his B.Tech in 2007 and M.Tech in 2009 from Computer Science and Engineering under Kurukshetra University, India. He worked on wireless sensor network (WSN), mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) etc. He is having around 14 years of teaching experience along with Academic work. He has published approximately 110 research papers in various International/National Journals, Books and Conferences out of which 60 are SCI, 3 are SCOPUS, 11 are book chapters, and 30 are conference papers. He has filed more than 25 patents, out of which 7 are published and 5 are granted. Also, he has attended 13 workshops and 3 FDP. He is the Editor of 2 books from different publishers as IGI Global, CRC Press. He has guided 10 M.Tech candidates, 2 PhD candidates and 4 PhD candidates are in process. He has also delivered 7 expert lectures on NS2, Paper Writing, Patents Filing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is GATE, HTET and UGC-NET qualifier too. He is currently working in the area of UAV in underwater communication networks to solve some real-world problems. His research interests include MANET, FANET, UWSN and WSN. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He is an Editorial Board Member in the different Journals and Conferences. He is the Guest Editor of “International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks”, SCI Journal, SAGE, "Energies", SCI Journal, MDPI, "Frontiers in Blockchain", Frontier Scientific Publishing, ESCI, "Journal of Autonomous Intelligence", Frontier Scientific Publishing, SCOPUS Journal etc.

I have received a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang University, China. I am currently affiliated with the Mechanical Engineering department at Beijing University of Technology, where I teach various fluid mechanics and engineering mathematics courses and conduct research in this area. My administrative and academic career spans more than 15 years, during which I worked at institutions with high reputations both locally and internationally. My research includes the areas of Fluid dynamics, Mechanical Engineering, MHD flows, nanofluids, Theoretical Physics, Differential Equations, and Mathematical modeling of real-world problems. In addition, I am working as an academic editor and potential reviewer for several prestigious worldwide academic journals.

Dr. Anna Rodina is a Chief Scientific Researcher in the laboratory of Optics of Semiconductors at Ioffe Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences (St.-Petersburg, Russia). She received her Ph.D. (1993) and Habilitation (Dr. Sci., 2016) degrees in Physics from Ioffe Institute and became the Professor of Russian Academy of Sciences in 2018. The expertise of Prof. Rodina is in the theory of semiconductors and semiconductor nanostructures. The current research interests are optical and magneto-optical properties and spin-dependent phenomena in semiconductor colloidal nanocrystals.

Pralay Kumar Karmakar has completed his PhD from Centre of Plasma Physics – Institute for Plasma Research (CPP-IPR), Guwahati, Assam, India. The award has been conferred to him by Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam, India. He has joined Tezpur University as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam, India. He is now a full Professor in the same department of the University. He is interested in diversified emerging research areas, such as Astrophysical plasmas, Cosmic fluid dynamic, Stability analysics of complex media,Nonlineardynamics, Condensed structure formation and evolution, and so forth. Six scholars have already earned PhD degrees under his academic supervision so far. More than 100 students have successfully completed UG-PG projects under his guidance. Besides, he has published more than 100 research articles, 13 book chapters, etc. He has long been serving as an editorial board member and reviewer for diverse high-rated global research journals, proceedings, and so forth.
