Lena Lidfors is a Professor of Ethologyat the Department of Animal Environment and Health, Section of Anthrozoology and Applied Ethology, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Skara, Sweden. She has a Magister of Science from the Individual Program in Psychology and Biology at Lund University, and a Philosophy Licentiate in Ethology and a PhD in Ethologyat the Department of Animal Hygiene, SLU. She became Associate Professor in 2002 and Senior Lecturer in 2008, and was promoted to Professor in 2011 at SLU.Lena Lidfors main research area is on maternal behaviour in cattle and sheep, housing and management of dairy calves, behaviour and management of cattle kept outdoors during winter time, play as a measure of positive emotions in sheep and pigs, environmental enrichment to improve animal welfare in laboratory rabbits and rats as well as in farmed mink. During the last 10 years she has done research on the human-animal interactions with focus on Animal Assisted Interventions, where she has also organized PhD courses, MSc courses and published four reports with focus on animal welfare. She was Program director for the interdisciplinary platform SLU Future Animals, Nature and Health.She has published over 60 scientific papers in international referee journals, 10 book chapters and a large number of conference abstracts. She has supervised 10 PhD students and a large number of MSc and BSc thesis’s. She is since many years’ course leader and lecturer of several courses given yearly at SLU. She is also Laboratory Animal Head at the Department since six years.She has been involve in administration as Head of the Department, Substitute Head, Section head and Vice Dean for Research Education and Equal Opportunities including member of the Board of the Faculty for Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences. This year a new three year period as Vice Dean starts.

Born in Teramo on 13 October 1967, since March 2005 he hasbeen an associate professor of Animal Nutritionat the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Teramo. The teaching activity carried out concerns the nutrition of dogs and catsas part of the Master's Degree Course in Veterinary Medicine and the Degree Course in Animal Protection and Welfare. He wasscientific coordinator of the I and II level Masters on nutrition of dogs and cats and clinical dietetics of dogs and catsrespectively. He is a member of severalscientific societies in the field of food and animalnutrition. The scientific activity of Prof. Gramenzi, documented by the relative publications, of whichmanyhavebeenexamined by Referees of international and national congresses and journals, isdividedinto a series of researchesthatembrace the varioussectors of animalnutrition with particularregard to pet. The research activity, aimedatstudying the problems of pets, is of a multidisciplinarytype, in an attempt to integrate the characteristics of the individual, the breeding environment, management, nutrition and animal health. I am a full professor at Memorial’s Department of Ocean Sciences, where my integrative research program focuses on two main themes: 1) the environmental physiology/biology of north temperate fishes (e.g., Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, Arctic char, lumpfish, Atlantic cod, sablefish, wolf fish and cunner); and 2) improving culture conditions for, and the production of, finfish. This research uses a multi-level (whole animal, organ/tissue, cellular, genomic, epigenetic) approach to test hypotheses about how environmental conditions (temperature, oxygen, hydrostatic pressure, domestication) affect the physiology (metabolism, swimming performance, cardiovascular function and stress physiology) and immunology of various fishes, or how life history and ecology influence the design of physiological systems. Techniques utilized in this research include: respirometry for the measurement of fish metabolism/swimming ability; in vivo measurements of cardiovascular function, blood oxygen status and hormone levels; in situ measurements of heart performance; in vitro measurements of mitochondrial function, hormone receptors and vascular function; the use of telemetry and data loggers for measuring fish physiology and behaviour; and qPCR, RNAseq and microarray analyses of gene expression. This work is highly collaborative, and often involves working closely with multiple partners, including government agencies and companies. Most recently, this research has focused on: understanding how fish species are affected by the environmental challenges of accelerated climate change with the goal of informing management and conservation decisions; and mitigating the impacts of temperatures extremes temperatures (both high and low) and hypoxia (low water oxygen levels) on the Atlantic salmon and sablefish aquaculture industries. I have published over 125 articles in the primary literature, am the author of 6 review articles and 5 book chapters, and recently edited 2 volumes of the prestigious book series Fish Physiology. Further, I am currently the Program Co-Chair of the 2022 Aquaculture Association of Canada / WAS North America meeting (St. John’s, NL; Aug. 15 – 18), am the co-lead of the ‘Mitigating the Impact of Climate-Related Challenges on Salmon Aquaculture‘ (MICCSA) project, and am the lead scientist for two Ocean Frontier Institute aquaculture sub-modules (https://oceanfrontierinstitute.com/index.php?p=research/sustainable-aquaculture).

Dr. Raju Kumar Dewry born in 15th January, 1987 in Baksa District of Assam. Graduation in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) and Masters in Veterinary Science (MVSc) with specialization in Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology and Obstetrics from College of Veterinary Science, Assam Agricultural University, Khanapara, Assam. Then he joined as Research Associate in ICAR Research Complex for North Eastern Hill Region, Umiam, Meghalaya from 2014 to 2017. PhD in Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology and Obstetrics from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (Deemed University), Karnal, Haryana-132001, India. His area of research is semen biology, transcriptome analysis of bull semen. He had published 15 research papers in Peer-Reviewed National and International Journals. Presented oral and poster presentation in National and International Conferences. Dr. Bi obtained his PhD. degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2007 and conducted bilateral collaboration in Curie Institute of France (2007-2008) and AgResearch Ltd. of New Zealand (2014-2015). He joined Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences since October 2010 and is currently the Vice Head of the Institute of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. His research of interest is gene editing-oriented livestock germplasm innovation and improvement. Dr. Bi created the first marker-free myostatin knockout pigs by combining CRISPR/Cas9 and Cre/LoxP technologies, and this new line of leaner pigs has been on the second phase of GMO biosafety evaluation in China. Dr. Bi made the international first anti-Afrian Swine Fever gene edited pigs by dual sgRNA-mediated DNA excision in the host receptor that is critical to the entry of ASF virus into porcine cells. He designed a “gene trapping” strategy to make use of endogenous porcine myostatin cis-regulatory elements to drive the IGF-Ⅰexpression so as to enhance pig growth performance, which had been granted the second prize of Hubei Technological Innovation Award in 2016. He conceptualized and actualized dual fluorescence-assisted selection to greatly improve the on-target gene editing efficiency relative to traditional gene targeting method. He was recognized as the”Excellent Young Scientist in Agriculture” in 2022, “Outstanding Young Scientist” of Hubei Natural Science Foundation in 2018, “Outstanding Young Scientist in Agricultural Research” of Central China Agricultural Innovation Coalition in 2017, “Young Pillar Talent” of Hubei Province in 2015. He co-authored 14 peer-reviewed publications with total IF of 59 and had 7 patents. He was also invited for academic talks in 13 national and international science conferences. Dr. Bi is now the senior member of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, executive director of the Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine of Hubei Province, and executive director of the Association of Genetics of Hubei Province.

Since 2020 Dr. Mengmeng Li works at the Liaocheng Research Institute of Donkey High-Efficiency Breeding and Ecological Feeding, College of Agronomy and Agricultural Engineering, Liaocheng University. He has published more than 30 papers in famous journals such as Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Frontiers in Nutrition and Journal of Food Science. He evaluated the quality of meat and analyzed the lipid profiles of donkey meat in terms of lipid molecules and metabolic characteristics for the first time, provids a new perspective for understanding of the nutritional value of donkey meat and improves intramuscular lipid deposition. He established a lipidomics technology based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for meat, which provides technical support for the application of meat composition analysis, quality discrimination, authenticity identification and origin traceability.

Coordinates INIAV participation in the projects: ALGAVALOR - Microalgae: integrated production and valorization of biomass and its various applications (2018-2023); ENTOVALOR – Insects as an opportunity in residues valorization (2016-2021) In the topic of Environmental Impact and Climatic Changes in livestock production, which is leading at INIAV, coordinates the Operational Group GoEfluents - Livestock Effluents: farm scale effluent management towards agronomic and energetic valorization. Coordinates INIAV participation in the Projects NETA - New Strategies in the treatment of wastewaters (2021-2023) and INSECTERA – The Era of Insects (Mobilizing Agenda for Industry) (2023-2026) as well as a proposal for a LIVING LAB on Manure and coproducts of livestock activity (2023-2025, in evaluation).

Dr David Trundell is a board certified diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists. He has published and lectured extensively in the field of equine reproductive medicine, with a particular focus on mare uterine health and fertility. A particular emphasis of his work is on the microflora of the mare’s uterus and effect on fertility. After completing veterinary school in Europe he undertook his residency in theriogenology in the USA. He has managed large commercial thoroughbred breeding farms, where efficacy in fertility of the mare is paramount. Outside of his clinical work, Dr Trundell mentors veterinary students.

Dr. Xiaojun Liu is a distinguished professor of animal genetics, breeding and reproduction at Henan Agricultural University, China. He received his PhD in animal reproduction from China Agricultural University, China in 1998. Since then, he worked at Roslin Institute and the University of Edinburgh, UK, where he conducted researches on QTL mapping, molecular genetics and functional genomics of poultry and model animals. He joined Henan Agricultural University, China in 2013. His research interests now mainly focus on functional genomics and molecular breeding of poultry.

Ignatius Orwin Noronha, born on 4th July 1960 the Managing Director of Leowin Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,Mangalore has designed an unique product called ‘MozziQuit’ having 2 process patents granted in India. Paolo Bulgarelli is the Milk Purchasing Quality Manager of Parmalat Italy, a dairy company part of Group Lactalis. He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Parma, with a thesis on “Elements of risk assessment on nanothecnology in food”. After his studies, he started working for Parmalat in the Quality assurance department, holding positions of increasing responsibility. In Parmalat Paolo has been promoting several trainings for farmers on themes such as mastitis management, on top of them from 2021 he is actively disseminating on the milk supply chain the group Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy on key topics Environment, Animal Welfare, Milk Quality/Safety and Communities.

My research concerns human immune cells responses to different pathogenic and nonpathogenic stimuli as well as the interaction of these cells with the surrounding nerves or vascular neighboring cells. So, my previous work within years of experiences in different scientific schools in Egypt, Finland and Germany focused on the responses of these cells to pathogens such as influenza viruses’ strains as well as signals from abnormal environmental contexts such like hyperglycemia or tumor cells. In this sense, I targeted diseases such as diabetes, influenza virus infection and cancers specifically the brain tumor glioblastoma. My last degree obtained from Cairo University is my PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences “Biochemistry”, holding at the moment the position of a researcher at the National Research Center of Egypt. Geert earned his MSc in Medical Biology, his undergraduate degree as well as his M.D. from the State University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. With his main interest in Oncology, he completed his Ph.D. in “Nonsteroidal Antiandrogens in Prostate Cancer” at the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Additionally, he earned a post-grad degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine in the UK. Geert has had a 30+ year career as Pharmaceutical Physician in Global Drug Development for oncology medicines. Since his retirement in 2014 he has been consulting for biotech and start-ups with his company Kolvenbag Enterprises LLC. Geert has had a life-long hobby in pigeon racing, always curious to understand why some birds perform better than others. In recent years, with the increasing availability of genotype testing, he embarked on studying the impact of genotype variability on race performance. Geert is blessed with a high performing family of racing birds, being crowned as the #1 Breeder in One Loft Races in the USA in 2021. His recent publications in Veterinary Medicine and Science (2021), the Corpus Journal of Dairy and Veterinary Science and (2022) and the Journal of Applied Genetics (in press), illustrate his quest to find the winning profile for a racing pigeon.

Mr. Guozheng Li is founder of Druid Group, which was founded based on his initiative concept of Biological Ubiquitous Networking driven by the passion for connecting life and nature, including wildlife, livestock and pets, using innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT). Mr. Li got his bachelor degree from School of Life Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China, and double M.S. degree of life sciences and environmental engineering in U.S., graduated under the supervision of Dr Bruce Rittmann, the fellow of the US National Academy of Engineering. He led a National Science Foundation project with publishing nearly 20 papers in top journals and dozens of derivative essays. He jointly founded the China-US environmental Scholars Association and acted as the chief secretary, and was selected as the fellow of China-US Young Leaders Forum.

Agricultural Engineer, Doctor of Science, PhD in Life Sciences, Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris 6), Authorized to supervise Research (University of Versailles St Quentin), former professor of Physiology and Molecular Endocrinology at the University and expert in Human Nutrition. Latifa Abdennebi-Najar is secretary of the SF-DOHaD society and assistant editor of the international newspaper DOHaD (cambridge press). She currently holds the position of scientific director and head of the Quality department of Well-being and Health products at Idele. Since 2019, she has been an associate researcher at the Center de Recherches Saint-Antoine-INSERM UMR S 938.

Dr. Perez-Camargo has dedicated 28 years to pet nutrition research and pet diet development that lead to several scientific publications and patents. His experience includes various leadership roles at Nestle Purina and Mars, Incorporated. Currently he leads the Freshpet R&D department. Prior to joining Freshpet, he led the Global Pet Welfare and Behavior team for Nestle Purina in France and the United States to deliver innovation in the areas of pet nutrition. He also managed the Global Pet Welfare team to design and implement common pet welfare standards, product performance evaluation and data validation across 15 countries. During his tenure at Mars, Incorporated Dr. Perez-Camargo was a veterinary diet product developer pet nutritionist at the Waltham Center for Pet Nutrition. Prior to Mars, he served in the Spanish Army where he was a Lieutenant in the Veterinary Corps working with Equine Breeding for Spanish Army Horses and with their Police Canine Units. He has degree in Veterinary Medicine from Spain and a Ph.D. in Applied Biochemistry and Food Science from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Dr. Yasmin Abd El-Aziz is a lecturer of Histology and Histopathology at Zoology Department, Faculty of Science, Port Said University, Port Said, Egypt. She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Zoology & Cytology, Histology and Genetics; received from Port Said University In 2012 and 2015, respectively. Her Ph.D. degree In Cytology, Histology and Genetics was received from Port Said University In 2019. Her research work focuses on Biology, Cytology, Histology, Histochemistry, Histopathology, Toxicology and Genetics.

Dr. Dalia Abd Alla Mohamed is an Assistant Professor in Animal Nutrition at the University of Khartoum, Khartoum, Sudan. Dr. Dalia has received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Khartoum and her Ph.D. from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia. She started to work at the Department of Animal Nutrition and the Faculty of Animal Production just after graduation. Moreover, she has received a lot of scientific encouragement. Her main research interests are applied biochemistry and animal nutrition.

My name is Nadia Ghasrmi Darestani , I am medical doctor (MD) , in the Faculty of medicine , Isfahan university of medical science and health services .I graduated in September 2021.Iam IACCI , American neurology and American ob/gyn society member. I am researcher, my researches has been closely related to the areas of Molecular Immunology with biotechnological applications. My main research topics have been two branches: one focused on the study of the interaction between the immune system and allergy, asthma and research for primary immune deficiency .Another part has been on molecular biology and nanoparticles to solve many problems as cancer. We have characterized the impact on the immune system of molecules such as food allergies and anaphylaxis. In addition, we have identified and characterized new regulatory molecules of the innate and acquired immune response such as cytokines, defenses and antimicrobial peptide ,had researches in skin graft or oral microsites . Most of these studies were developed in Immunity. We have focused the results of our basic research on technological applications to improve economically health. Recently we have pharmaceutical research for cancer immunotherapy and changes with nanoparticles for gastric cancer treatment. Also in another important research we had survey for effect of omega3 in inflammatory process.

Dr. Somaia M. Alkhair is associate professor of poultry nutrition at Alzaiem Alazhari University, Sudan. She is the Scientific Research Department head at the Deanship of Scientific Research. Dr. Somaia is a member of the Asian Council of Science Editors (ACSE) and the WASET Scientific and Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board on Animal and Veterinary Sciences. Beside that she is a peer reviewer at more than 17 international scientific journals. She recently announced as editorial board member at Trends in Scholarly Publishing journal. She is a World Championship winner (2018) in livestock performance and lifetime fellow of Directorate of Veterinary Sciences (International Agency for Standards and Rating). I am Natalia Uribe Corrales. I am a veterinarian from Universidad CES. I have a master's degree in Public Health and a Doctorate in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. I am an assistant professor at the Lasallian University Corporation, Caldas, Antioquia, Colombia. My name is Jannel Acosta, I am a professor in the Department of Pathophysiology of the Faculty of Biological Sciences at the Universidad de Concepción. My line of research has been closely related to the areas of Molecular Immunology with biotechnological applications. My main research topics have focused on the study of the interaction between the endocrine system and the immune system. We have characterized the impact on the immune system of molecules such as growth hormone and neuropeptides, with previously defined functions in the endocrine system. In addition, we have identified and characterized new regulatory molecules of the innate and acquired immune response such as cytokines, defensins and antimicrobial peptides. Most of these studies were developed in fish models such as zebrafish, tilapia, catfish, salmonids; as well as comparative studies in murine models. We have focused the results of our basic research on technological applications to improve the productivity and health of economically important aquatic organisms.

He has specialized in aquatic animal health with a PhD in Development and Evaluation of Oral Aeromonas hydrophila Biofilm Vaccine for Indian major carps. He served as Principal Scientist at Central Institute of Brackish Water Aquaculture (CIBA) working on fish and shellfish health. Development of Vibrio-based bacterial immunostimulant leading to its commercialization was his major achievement at CIBA, India. At KISR Kuwait; development of a ciliate-vibrio oral vaccine leading to the grant of a US patent, work on grouper Viral Nerve Necrosis, development of oral immune enhancers for Arabian bream, disease diagnostics in silver pomfret, use of oral immune enhancers, application of plant-based essential oils in fish and shellfish health management, etc., have been the major fields of research. He is a three-time recipient of Kuwait Govt Research Achievement Awards. He also received “Best Indian Overseas Fisheries Scientist” award by Professional Fisheries Graduates Forum of India. Born on August 25, 1962 in Guwahati, Prof. Razibuddin Ahmed Hazarika, Head of the Department, Veterinary Public Health, College of Veterinary Science, Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Assam, INDIA is a recipient of Fellow of Indian Association of Veterinary Public Health Specialists (FIAVPHS) with a degree of B.V.Sc & A.H and M.V.Sc from Assam Agricultural University. He received his Ph.D from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, INDIA. Dr. Hazarika previously worked on dermatitis in large and small animals, and Shiga toxin producing Escherichia coli in foods of animal origin. He was the Centre Principal Investigator on a project entitled “India Research Initiative on Peri-Urban Human-Animal-Environment Interface”. Currently, he has been engaged working on veterinary public health (zoonoses including mosquito-borne diseases and food safety) issues in urban and peri-urban areas of cities and towns in the state of Assam. Since his joining at AAU in 1989, he has been involved in teaching UG and PG students, multicentric research and extension services with a good number of research publications. He was the Vice President of IAVPHS during 2012-2014. Dr. Sabine Bischoff is specialist for laboratory animal science and studied at the veterinary medicine faculty of University Leipzig, Germany. Already during her first position as a veterinarian at the horse clinic fzmb in Bad Langensalza she was in charge of the laboratory animal science research of the affiliated research institution. In 2008, she moved to the University Hospital of Jena, where she worked as a research associate in the Institute of Laboratory Animal Science and Animal Welfare until 2016. Dr Bhupinder Singh Sandhu , Professor cum Head , Department of Veterinary Pathology, Director centre for advanced faculty Training and incharge rabies Diagnostic Laboratory, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University , is working on rabies since 1992 in research project “ Establishment of research cum diagnostic laboratory for rabies” and completed three research projects on “Studies on intravitam diagnostic approaches of rabies in animals and published more than 110 research publication in national and international journals of repute including more than 50 on rabies in various domestic animals . I am teaching undergraduate and post graduate students since 1992 .I did my Ph. D on rabies and guided six MVSc and Two PhD student on rabies. I developed for the first time, an immunohistochemical technique to detect rabies antigen in skin in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues of domestic animal for ante mortem diagnosis of rabies and also standardized fluorescent antibody test and immunohistochemistry for the first time for detection of rabies virus antigen in fresh and formalin fixed brain tissues in naturally occurring cases in animals in Punjab. I attended more than 30 National and international conferences / Symposia and published more than 80 papers in various national and International conferences/symposia and fetched many awards for presenting my research work. I completed various projects funded by different agencies viz. Studies on intravitam diagnostic approaches of rabies in animals , “Rapid and precise diagnostics of important gastro-intestinal and respiratory diseases of bovines” , Immunopathological and molecular studies on bovine cryptosporidial diarrhoea and associated etiologies, FIST-To strengthen the research facilities in the Deptt. of Vety. Oliberto Sanchez Ramos is a microbiologist and doctor in biological sciences from the University of Havana. During the first years of his career, he joined and directed the transgenesis and cloning group at the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in Havana. Later, in 2009, he moved to the University of Concepción in Chile, where he leads the Laboratory of Recombinant Biopharmaceuticals in the Department of Pharmacology in the Faculty of Biological Sciences. His work focuses on developing biopharmaceuticals and vaccines of biomedical and veterinary interest. He has also worked on developing new diagnostic systems and new biotechnological platforms to produce biologicals. Dr. Sanchez is the author of more than 55 scientific publications and 16 invention patents in this field. Giuseppe Maiorano is full professor in Animal Science at the University of Molise (Campobasso, Italy). He was Vice Head of the Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Food Sciences and delegate for international relations. He began his research activity in 1988, obtaining a fellowship at the Department of Animal Science, University of Wyoming (USA). Subsequently, he had the opportunity to spend two other periods in the same institution: in 1991 and in 1999. Molly DePrekel is a psychologist in private practice at the Midwest Center for Trauma and Hold Your Horses. Molly received her MA in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University and BS in Animal Husbandry from Michigan State University. She holds a certificate in EMDR, Yoga Calm and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and has utilized the unique relationship people have with animals and nature to assist her in therapy for over twenty-eight years. Molly has facilitated workshops, taught internationally, and volunteered with numerous organizations in the field of nature based healing. She is past President of the Equine Facilitated Mental Health Association and is a contributing author to the book, "Harnessing the Power of Equine Assisted Counseling: Adding Animal Assisted Therapy to Your Practice", and has co-authored six manuals on animal assisted interventions. She is an Eponaquest approved instructor, and was a co-founding member of the Certification Board for Equine Interaction Professionals.

He received the PhD degree in Animal Nutrition and Management at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in 2004. Five years after, he got the Associate Professor title. He also got Full Professor title in 2019. At present, he is a member of Professional Associations of Vietnamese Biogas, a member of academic trainings at Nong Lam University. He has published more than 80 national and international articles relating on animal methane emissions and biodigester. He found nutritional solutions balancing in emissions and utilization of carbon dioxide as well as reduction of methane:meat production ratios in cattle production. In Vietnam, he developed the humid tropical areas of sustainable system of integrated livestock, black soldier fly (for animal/bird manure treating, crop/food processing wastes treating…) and fuel production based on fractionation of high biomass crops, forage trees and water plants with emphasis on ruminant and recycling of wastes which is environmentally friendly by using the black soldier fly. It is based on agroecological principles of organic-based inputs and biological control of pests and diseases, the feeding systems for ruminants in mountain areas using sugar cane, leaves from trees and water plants has been introduced and developed to poor farmers. Beside that he also set up the low-cost plastic biodigester and improvements to the technology, over 500,000 units installed and paid for by farmers. It reduced methane production from animal wastes.

Joses Adewara is a graduate of Agriculture, from University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He specializes in Animal Production. As an enthusiastic Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) advocate, he's passionate about contributing to the ‘Zero hunger’ goal by breeding livestock in large-scale, using adaptive measures in ensuring their continuous supply.

Samad Rahimnejad is a Fish Nutritionist at University of South Bohemia in Czech Republic. Samad received his Ph.D. in Marine Life Sciences from Jeju National University in 2014, and since then has been working as a researcher in several universities in South Korea, China, and Czech Republic. His research field is Fish Nutrition, and the main focus of his studies has been on protein and amino acids nutrition including determination of their requirement level for various fish species, evaluation of different alternatives to fish meal, comparing the efficiency of different sources of amino acids such as free and dipeptide forms, and improving utilization efficiency of plant proteins through fermentation and supplementation with various bio-active compounds. The outcome of his research has been publication of 59 articles in outstanding Journals such as Aquaculture, Fish & Shellfish Immunology, Frontiers in Marine Science, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, etc. He was awarded as an outstanding reviewer for Fish & Shellfish Immunology in 2017. He also received a first-class research grant from China Postdoctoral Science Foundation in 2017. He currently serves as an associate editor for Frontiers in Marine Science, and Frontiers in Physiology Journals. Also, he has been editor of different research topics such as “Fish Nutrition, Metabolism and Physiology”, “Omics and Fish Nutrition” and “Genetic Basis and Intestinal Microbiota Regulation of Feeding Habit in Fish” for Frontiers publications. He is also currently editor of a special issue “Advances in Alternative Feeds for Aquaculture” for fishes Journal.

Ram Datta Bhatta was born in 1994 in Kanchanpur, Nepal. He obtained his Masters of Science in Agriculture (Msc.Ag) in Agronomy at Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal. Dr. Ahmed Eid Kholif is an associate professor of dairy animal nutrition and milk production at The National Research Centre, Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Kholif has received his B.Sc. from Cairo University, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Ain shams University before eventually becoming a Researcher at the National Research Centre in 2013. He also awarded two postdoctoral research stays in the Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia, Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, Estado de México, México, for two years. Moreover, he has awarded a lot of scientific encouragements such as awarding the State Encouragement Awards 2017, Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, Egypt, and Scientific Encouragement Award 2015 from National Research Centre (2015). He serves as a reviewer for more than 50 international journals, and also a member of the editorial boards of more than 10 international journals. Recently, his name was included as one of the World's Top 2% Scientists List by Stanford University. Additionally, Dr. Kholif was awarded the First-Class Order of Excellence 2019, from the Egyptian Presidency.
