Dr Qiao is a Chair Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials of the University of Adelaide (UoA). His research expertise is in nanomaterials for new energy technologies (electrocatalysis, photocatalysis, batteries). He has co-authored more than 438 papers in refereed journals with 80,000 citations and h-index of 148. In recognition of his achievements in research, he was honoured with inaugural UoA Vice-Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Research (2019), prestigious ARC Australian Laureate Fellow (2017), ExxonMobil Award (2016), ARC Discovery Outstanding Researcher Award (DORA, 2013), Emerging Researcher Award (2013, ENFL Division of the American Chemical Society) and UQ Foundation Research Excellence Award (2008). He has also been awarded an ARC ARF Fellowship and an ARC APD Fellowship. He is an Associate Editor of Journal of Materials Chemistry A, a Fellow of Institution of Chemical Engineers (FIChemE), Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and Royal Australian Chemical Institute (FRACI). Dr Qiao is a Thomson Reuters/Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researcher in two categories of Chemistry and Materials Science.

Dr. Ramjee Prasad is a Professor of Future Technologies for Business Ecosystem Innovation in the Department of Business Development and Technology, Aarhus University, Denmark. He is the Founder President of the CTIF Global Capsule (CGC). He is also the Founder Chairman of the Global ICT Standardisation Forum for India, established in 2009. GISFI has the purpose of increasing of the collaboration between European, Indian, Japanese, North-American and other worldwide standardization activities in the area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and related application areas. He has been honored by the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Italy as a Distinguished Professor of the Department of Clinical Sciences and Translational Medicine on March 15, 2016. He is Honorary Professor of University of Cape Town, South Africa, and University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He has received RidderkorsetafDannebrogordenen (Knight of the Dannebrog) in 2010 from the Danish Queen for the internationalization of top-class telecommunication research and education. He has received several international awards such as: IEEE Communications Society Wireless Communications Technical Committee Recognition Award in 2003 for making contribution in the field of “Personal, Wireless and Mobile Systems and Networks”, Telenor's Research Award in 2005 for impressive merits, both academic and organizational within the field of wireless and personal communication, 2014 IEEE AESS Outstanding Organizational Leadership Award for: “Organizational Leadership in developing and globalizing the CTIF (Center for TeleInFrastruktur) Research Network”, and so on. He has been Project Coordinator of several EC projects namely, MAGNET, MAGNET Beyond, eWALL and so on.He has published more than 30 books, 1000 plus journal and conference publications, more than 15 patents, over 140 PhD Graduates and larger number of Masters (over 250). Several of his students are today worldwide telecommunication leaders them selves.

Dr. D. Yogi Goswami is a Distinguished University Professor and Director of the Clean Energy Research Center at the University of South Florida. He is also a Co-Founder and Chief Science and Technology Advisor of Molekule, Inc. He has published as an author or editor 22 books and more than 400 scientific papers. He is the emeritus editor-in-chief of preeminent scientific journal Solar Energy. He also holds 31 patents and has been inducted in the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame. Dr. Goswami is a recipient of the highest energy related awards of ASME, ASES, ISES and AAES and more than 50 other awards and certificates from major engineering and scientific societies. Prof. Goswami has served as President of the International Solar Energy Society (ISES), a Governor and Senior Vice President of ASME-International, and President of the International Association for Solar Energy Education (IASEE).

Goran Strbac is a Professor of Energy Systems, with extensive experience in advanced modelling and analysis of operation, planning, security and economics of energy systems. He led the development of novel advanced analysis approaches and methodologies that have been extensively used to inform industry, governments and regulatory bodies about the role and value of emerging new technologies and systems in supporting cost effective evolution to smart low carbon energy future. He is currently Director of the joint Imperial-Tsinghua Research Centre on Intelligent Power and Energy Systems, Leading Author in IPCC WG 3, Member of OFGEM RIIO-2 Challenging Group, Member of the UK Smart System Forum, Member of the European Technology and Innovation Platform for Smart Networks for the Energy Transition, and Member of the Joint EU Programme in Energy Systems Integration of the European Energy Research Alliance. He co-authored 4 books and published over 200 technical papers.

Udaya K. Madawala graduated with a B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) (Hons) degree from The University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka in 1987, and received his PhD (Power Electronics) from The University of Auckland, New Zealand in 1993 as a Commonwealth Doctoral Scholar. At the completion of his PhD, he was employed by Fisher & Paykel Ltd, New Zealand, as a Research and Development Engineer to develop new technologies for motor drives. In 1997 he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Auckland and, at present as a Full Professor, he focuses on a number of power electronics projects related to wireless EV charging systems for V2X applications. Udaya is a Fellow of the IEEE and a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Power Electronic Society (PELS),and has over 30 years of both industry and research experience in the fields of power electronics and energy. He has served both the IEEE Power Electronics and Industrial Electronics Societies in numerous roles, relating to editorial, advisory, conference, technical committees and chapter activities. Currently, Udaya is an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, and a member of both the Administrative Committee and Membership Development Committee of the IEEE Power Electronics Society. He was the General Chair of the 2nd IEEE Southern Power Electronics Conference (SPEC)- 2016, held in New Zealand, and is also the Chair of SPEC Steering Committee. Udaya, who has over 300 journal and conference publications, holds a number of patents related to wireless power transfer (WPT) and power converters, and is a consultant to industry.

Dr. James Klausner is a Professor and Dean of Engineering at the UAE University and is formerly an MSU Foundation Professor and Mechanical Engineering Department Chair at Michigan State University (2016-2021). He is the co-founder of a grid scale energy storage company, RedoxBlox. He formerly served as Chair of the ASME Heat Transfer Division (2011-2012). He serves on the board of directors for the American Society of Thermal Fluid Engineers and the International Titanium Association Foundation. For three and a half years he served as a Program Director at the U.S. Department of Energy Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Prior to that he held the Newton C. Ebaugh Professorship in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Florida (1989-2015). He received his Ph.D. degree in 1989 from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He has made substantial fundamental contributions to understanding the dynamics of boiling heat transfer systems. He has made many fundamental and applied research contributions in high temperature thermochemistry, waste heat and solar driven desalination, and high heat flux phase-change heat transfer. Dr. Klausner has authored more than 150 refereed publications and is the author of ten patents and four provisional patents. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Thermal Fluid Engineers. He is a recipient of the ASME Heat Transfer Division Memorial Award and the 75th Anniversary Award.

Prof. Dr. Eng. Emmanuel Karapidakis is Dean at the School of Engineering and Director of Energy, Environment, and Climate Change Institute (IEECC) in Hellenic Mediterranean University. He has published 45 papers in International Journals; as well as more than 50 papers in international conferences, (1038 citations, 14 h–index scholar.google.com). He is/was scientific coordinator of 11 European financed projects, 7 National programs, and more than 20 private funded projects. He is a member of IEEE (since 1999), and member of North-Eastern Europe Energy Institute (ΙΕΝΕ). His research interest focuses on Energy Policy, Power Systems Operation, Diverse & Dispersed Generation, Micro-Grids, Renewable Energy Sources, and Energy Trading.

Soshu Kirihara is a doctor of engineering and a professor of Joining and Welding Research Institute (JWRI), Osaka University, Japan. In his main investigation “Materials Tectonics” for environmental improvements of “Geotechnology”, multi-dimensional structures were successfully fabricated to modulate energy and materials flows effectively. Ceramic and metal components were fabricated directly by smart additive manufacturing, design and evaluation (Smart MADE) using high power ultraviolet laser lithography. Original stereolithography systems were developed, and new start-up company “SK-Fine” was established through academic-industrial collaboration.

Dr.-Eng. Sofoklis Makridis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering, University of Patras in Greece & Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics, University of Bradford, UK & Aerospace Manufacturing Department, Cranfield University, UK. He is a Director of the legal entity Innoenergy lab (Environmental Physics and Hydrogen Technology). He was till 2013, a Lecturer in the Department of Engineering, Sports and Sciences at Bolton University and associated member in IMRI & IREET Institutes. He is a physicist while he received the MEng on 2002 and the PhD on 2004 in fields of Materials Science and Engineering & an awarded PostDoc by IKY Greek State Scholarships Foundation (NanoMagnetic Materials & Hydrogen Technologies). He serves as Editor-in-Chief at Challenges (MDPI) and at Verizona Publishing Ltd, London, Editor at Scientific Reports of Nature Published Group, Materials Science and Engineering B of Elsevier. He has built two spin-offs with the University of Patras till first half of 2021, WRE-UPATRAS & ARMONI-UPATRAS.

Milton Ruiz is a Doctor of Engineering and a professor of electrical engineering at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Ecuador. His main investigation is about signals processing, fault detection and diagnosis, and optimal design of electrical networks.

Ohood Saud Althobaiti (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the master’s degree (Hons.) in computer science from the College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, in 2012. She received ABoLT Diploma, Scholarly teaching and learning in computing and engineering, (Sep 14 2013- May 14 2014), Uppsala University, Uppsala, Sweden. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree (2017 - 2022) with the Centre for Telecommunications Research, Department of Engineering, King’s College London, London, U.K. She is a Lecturer in the Computer Science Department, College of Computers and Information Technology, Taif University, Saudi Arabia. She has published articles in top peer-reviewed journals. She has received invitations to act as a reviewer for journals such as IEEE Access and the IEEE Internet of Things Journal and as an invited speaker at some international conferences to share and present her research findings. Her research interests include cybersecurity, quantum computing, computer networks, pattern recognition, and artificial intelligence (AI), with a special focus on cybersecurity in the Internet of Things (IoT). She was awarded the Reward Scientific Publishing in ISI journals, the First-Class Honor Award from Taif University, in 2008, and the Scholarship for her Ph.D. degree.

Ahmed A. Zaki Diab received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Minia University, Minia, Egypt, in 2006 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Mechatronics and Automation‎, Novosibirsk State Technical University, Novosibirsk, Russia, in 2015. He was awarded a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Electric Power Systems Department, Moscow Power Engineering Institute ‎(MPEI), National Research University, ‎Moscow, Russia in 2017/2018‎. He was also awarded a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow ‎with the Green Power Electronics Circuits Laboratory, ‎Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan in 2019.‎ Currently, Ahmed A. Zaki Diab is a Distinguished Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Minia University, Egypt from the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities, Egypt‎. He received an Associate ‎ Professor Award for Scientific Excellence, Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities, Egypt, in February 2020. He has published 5 books and book chapters and he has authored or coauthored more than 70 refereed journal articles and conference papers. He has supervised 8 M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses. He is currently an Associate Editor of IEEE Access.‎ His current research interests include renewable energy, smart grids, machine drives, power quality, and heuristic optimization techniques.

He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Physics (Electronics) from MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly, India in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He received his M. Phil. degree in Instrumentation from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India in 2000, M. Tech. degree in Instrumentation from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, India in 2004, and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India in 2011. From Sep. 2000–June 2002, he was an Instrumentation Engineer in APL Intelligent Embedded, New Delhi, India. He was involved in development of microcontroller-based hardware development applications. From Oct. 2004–Dec. 2005, he was an Instrumentation Engineer–EDA in Dell Soft Technologies, New Delhi, India. He worked as a Research Associate in Instrument Design and Development Center (IDDC), Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India from May 2011–Dec. 2011. Subsequently, he joined as an Assistant Professor in Electronic and Communication Engineering Department, Amity University Noida, India from Jan. 2012-Oct. 2012 and also during this period, he was associated with Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Seoul, Seoul, Korea as a visiting Post-doctoral Fellow. He was a Vice-Chancellor Postdoctoral Fellow at Advanced Sensor Network (ASN) group, Electrical, Electronic, and Computer Engineering Department, University of Pretoria, RSA from Nov. 2012-Dec. 2014. Subsequently, he joined as a Research Fellow at Electrical Machines and Drives Laboratory, Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, National University of Singapore (NUS, Singapore), Singapore from March 2015–Dec. 2015. He worked as a Ramanujan Fellow and Assistant Professor (SG) (AcSIR Faculty) in Department of Energy Efficiency, CSIR-Central Building Research Institute Roorkee, India from March 2016 – March 2021. And after that I have joined as a Consultant in CSIR – Central Building Research Institute Roorkee, India on July 2021. He has authored one book, four book chapters, and published more than 100 papers in international refereed journals and conferences. He has filed 2 copy rights and 5 national & international Patents. Dr. Kumar has carried out extensive research in smart building and smart cities areas of the development of hardware and software for experimental prototypes. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Access Journal. He is a reviewer of IEEE Transactions, Elsevier, and Springer Journals. Dr. Kumar is a Senior Member of the IEEE Societies of IES, Sensors, and Instrumentation & Measurement.

Professor Eugene Stephane Mananga is a Doctoral Faculty in the Ph.D. Programs in Physics & Chemistry at the Graduate Center of The City University of New York (CUNY). He is the Grants Program Director for STEM and a member of the Executive Board and Board of Directors-at-Large of the CUNY ACADEMY for the Humanities and Sciences, which he has recently served as Deputy Executive Director. Eugene is an Adjunct Professor of Applied Physics at New York University and an Assistant Professor of Physics and Nuclear Medicine at BCC of CUNY. During the years 2021, 2020, and 2019, Eugene was selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE, Office of Science) in the Faculty Program (VFP) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory to work on problems related to energy storage and technology.

I am Dr. Karanveer Dhingra, I have done a Ph.D. from Thapar University Patiala in 2021 in the field of Electric Vehicles and Micro-grid. The area of my research is the integration of Electric Vehicles with the Micro-grid. I have done a Master of Engineering from Thapar University Patiala in 2010 with a CGPA of 9.73 out of 10. I was awarded the Merit Certificate during my Master of Engineering. I have also worked as a Junior Research Fellow as well as a Senior Research Fellow during the period of my doctorate degree. I have a teaching experience for more than 6 years during that I have guided both undergraduate and post-graduate students. Till now, I have published three SCI papers in the field of Micro-grid and Electric Vehicles.

Ayman El-Hag, Ph.D., SM IEEE, P. Eng., received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo in 2003. He joined the Saudi Transformer Co. as a Quality Control and testing Engineer from 1993 to 1999. His main duties included the implementation of ISO 9001 provisions and the testing of distribution transformers as per IEC 60076. Currently, Dr. El-Hag is a lecturer at the University of Waterloo. Dr. El-Hag's main area of interest is condition monitoring and diagnostics of electrical insulation. Dr. El-Hag received several funds from NSERC and Qatar foundation that are mainly related to inspection of outdoor ceramic insulators, transformers, and the design of non-ceramic insulators. The total value of the funds is more than two million Canadian dollars. He published many referred journal and conference papers in the area of monitoring of outdoor insulators and transformers. Dr. El-Hag is a registered engineer in the province of Ontario, a senior member of IEEE, a guest editor for energies special issue “High Voltage Engineering and Application”, was an associate editor for the IEEE Dielectric and Electrical Insulation Transaction (2018-2019) and the middle east editor for the IEEE Insulation magazine (2016-2018). Also, Dr. El-Hag is a member of the IEEE outdoor insulation committee and the IEEE Std 1523 (IEEE Guide for the Application, Maintenance, and Evaluation of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) Silicone Rubber Coatings for Outdoor Insulation Applications).
