S. M. Korotaev was born in 1950 in Sverdlovsk, Russia. In 1972, he graduated in for honors Leningrad Hydrometeorological Institute. He went to post-graduate course of the Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism, Ionosphere and Radio Wave Propagation, U.S.S.R. Academy of Sciences (IZMIRAN) in 1974. He earned PhD at IZMIRAN in1979 and Dr. Sci. in 1993 at Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth, Russian Academy of Sciences (IPE RAS). Since 1994, he has been Head of Marine Electromagnetic Research Laboratory of Geoelectromagnetic Research Centre (GEMRC IPE RAS). From 1999, he also is Professor of Physics Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Since 2017, he has been the Deputy Director of GEMRC IPE RAS. S.M. Korotaev dealt with study of physics of quantum information, electromagnetic field of the Earth and solar-terrestrial relationship. An outstanding result proved to be discovery advanced macroscopic quantum nonlocal correlations of the random dissipative processes. Based on this effect, the method of the solar and geophysical forecasts has been developed. Now he conducts the long-term experiment on macroscopic entanglement of the heliogeophysical processes at the Baikal Deep-Sea Neutrino Observatory. S.M. Korotaev is the author of 260 scientific publications; in particular the books: “From Relational to Substational Time” (1995), “On the Way to Understanding the Time Phenomenon” Part 2 (1996) and Part 3 (2009) “Causality and Reversibility in Irreversible Time” (2011), “Causality in the Quantum World” (2012), “Nonlocality of the Dissipative Processes: Causality and Time (2018). He has been serving as an editorial board member of 3 journals.

Tonatiuh Matos, Member of the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) collaboration. Member of the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) collaboration. Studied physics and mathematics at Escuela Superior de Física y Matematicas del IPN.Ph.D. in theoretical physics in 1987 at the Friedrich-Schiller Universitat in Jena, Germany, Habilitation in Astrophysics in 1998 at the same University. Postdoctoral positions at the Universitat Wien and at the Technische Universitat Wien. Visiting professor at Albert Einstein Institute of the Max-Planck Gesellschaft in Germany and at German Universities, Visiting professor at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Founder Vice-president of the Division de Gravitacion y Fisica Matematica de la Sociedad Mexicana de Fisica in 1992 President of the same division in 1995. Founder and co-organizer of the Escuela Mexicana de Astrofísica (EMA) since 1998 Founder General Secretary of the Instituto Avanzado de Cosmología, 2007-2015. President of the Sociedad Mexicana de Física (2019-2021).

Mukesh Singh Boori is a Senior Scientist at Samara University Russia and is involved in remote sensing and GIS teaching and Russian academic excellence project. He has also held positions at University of Rennes2 France, University of Bonn Germany, Hokkaido University Japan, Palacky University Czech Republic, Ruhr University Bochum Germany, Leicester University UK, NOAA/NASA, American Sentinel University USA, JECRC University, JKLU University, MDS University, and JSAC/ISRO India. He holds Postdoc from University of Maryland USA, PhD from Federal University – RN (UFRN) Brazil, Predoc from Katholiek University Leuven Belgium, MSc from MDS University, and BSc from University of Rajasthan India. He received several distinguish awards including national academy of sciences (NAS) fellowship through national research council (NRC) central government of USA Washington DC, European union social fund, Honorary fellow University of Leicester UK, Prestigious Brazil-Italy government fellowship, Belgian and Indian government space fellowship. He published 100+ peer-reviewed papers including books as a first author in the field of earth and space science and his prime research interest is satellite earth observations through remote sensing & GIS technology with special attention on ecology/ecosystem/environment. He is a member of many scientific societies / journals / committees, led a number of projects, organized a number of conferences, delivered conference opening ceremony speech, keynote speaker, plenary session talk, invited talk, chaired sessions and visited 25 countries as official trips.
